Returns
Is it possible to return my order? Yes, that is possible.
If you are not satisfied with the items you have ordered, you have the option to return them within 30 days of receipt.
In this case, the order must meet the following conditions:
1. the order still contains all the correct parts, components and packaging arrived exactly like the product.
2. the product has been treated normally, breakage due to careless handling is excluded. 3. products where hygiene is important have been thoroughly cleaned before starting the return process.
4. the product was found to be defective immediately upon receipt.
5. We have the right to charge the customer for the shipping costs.
6. A return will be processed within 7 working days and if the conditions are met, the return will be officially confirmed within this period.
*We reserve the right to refuse the return of items if we suspect that the items have been used or damaged through no fault of our own.
How do I return my order?
If your order meets the above conditions, you must do the following to initiate the return process:

Make sure the email contains the following information:
Order number
Reason for return request
Photo of the product in case of breakage First name + last name of the customer Customer's address
We will then contact you and provide you with the return address.
Never send the return to the sender; we will provide you with the correct address after you have requested it. You, the customer, will bear the costs of returning the goods.
The consumer has a right of cancellation in accordance with the following provision, if the consumer is a natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that can predominantly be attributed neither to their commercial nor their professional activity:
A. CANCELLATION POLICY
Right of cancellation
The cancellation period is 14 days from the date on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, has received or taken delivery of the last goods.
Since we work with a fully automated system, orders are processed immediately after they are placed. Therefore, we cannot interrupt the shipping process until delivery, so a refund after receipt of the goods is not possible.
To exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us at support@Levaire.de by means of a clear declaration (e.g. by email) of your decision to cancel this contract. The cancellation is effective when we have received the goods. The costs of returning the goods shall be borne by the buyer.
Registration for transit shipments
Since our goods are shipped from Asia, longer transport times may occur, over which we have no influence. If the goods are already on their way to you, cancellation is not possible. Please wait until you have received the goods and then return them to us. Of course, you can inform us in advance of your cancellation.
In order to guarantee the fastest possible return, we ask you to send us a shipping confirmation.
Consequences of cancellation
If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse to you all payments received from you, with the exception of the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.
You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, it may take a different amount of time for the exchanged product to reach you.
If you are sending an item valued at over €75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Restocking fee
A restocking fee of 15% of the total amount, including shipping costs, will be charged for returned items. If your return is accepted, you will receive 85% of the total amount paid with your original payment method back within 3 to 5 business days, depending on the bank.
